Refund policy

We do not offer refunds due to being a small private owned business. This enables us to keep our pricing low.

If you received a defective item  you must send us an email within 48 hours and wait to receive To request a RA#, you can contact us at lunamoonplusboutique@gmail.com. Please note that items must be in unworn new condition and returned in original packaging. We may ask to see photos of damaged items to make a determination on a store credit. We do reserve the right to deny a return if items are deemed as used or worn. In extreme cases please reach out and let us know. We are reasonable and do understand that things do happen sometimes.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours to reach out for a Return Authorization. Do not attempt to return products without contacting and communicating with Luna Moon+.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
