At Luna Moon+ Boutique, we truly hope you fall in love with your purchase! But we get it—sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we're pleased to offer store credit for eligible returns, so you can find something else you'll absolutely cherish.

To make your return as smooth as possible, please keep the following in mind:

 * Starting your return: Just send us an email within 2 days (48 hours) of your order being delivered, and we'll provide you with a return authorization.

 * Sending it back: Once authorized, please ship your item back to us with tracking within 3 days of delivery. As a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

 * Item condition: For store credit to be issued, items must be returned to us unused and in the exact condition they were sent. We won't be able to offer credit for items that don't meet this standard.

 * What you'll receive: Your store credit will cover the price of the item(s) you're returning. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important exclusions: For sanitary reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
